Followers, Following, and Follower-IDs use volume-based pricing

The more items you fetch in a single call, the cheaper each one gets. Larger page sizes are dramatically discounted to encourage bulk collection workflows.

>If you fetch 5,000 follower IDs in one call, you pay 2,250 credits (0.45 each).
