This Refund Policy describes how Twitterapi.io ("we", "us") handles refund requests and billing disputes for credits and subscriptions purchased on our website. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Credits and Refunds

Credits purchased through prepaid top-ups do not expire and remain refundable upon request, provided the credits have not been consumed and the request is made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Promotional or bonus credits granted as part of a purchase or campaign expire thirty (30) days after issuance and are not separately refundable. To request a refund of unused purchased credits, please contact us at hello@twitterapi.io.

2. Bonus Credit Deduction

When you request a refund of purchased credits, any promotional or bonus credits that were issued at the time of the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount, whether or not those bonus credits have been consumed.

3. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, including pro-rated portions of any current billing cycle.

3.1 Recurring Billing Authorization

By initiating a subscription purchase, you expressly authorize us (through our payment processor Stripe) to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the subscription rate, until you cancel through your account dashboard.

You acknowledge that:

  • The subscription will renew automatically on the same calendar day each month.
  • Renewal charges will appear on your bank or card statement under the descriptor "TWITTERAPI.IO".
  • You are responsible for cancelling prior to renewal if you no longer wish to be charged.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; service for the current billing cycle remains active until the end of that cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle following cancellation.

5. Disputed or Erroneous Charges

If you encounter a technical error or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@twitterapi.io within seven (7) days of the disputed charge or credit deduction. We will investigate the matter and, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or service credit based on the circumstances of each case.

6. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Once the Service has been used, accessed, or signed into, refunds are not available for situations including but not limited to:

  • Failed account verification or KYC checks.
  • Accidental subscription or upgrade.
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.
  • Change of mind after the Service has been used.
  • Inability to use the Service due to user-side technical issues (e.g., incorrect API integration, network restrictions).

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first. In the event of a billing dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@twitterapi.io and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Unjustified chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback while continuing to use the Service, or without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the affected account immediately upon receipt of the chargeback notification.
  • Submit evidence to the card network to contest the chargeback.
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback processing fees, and any associated administrative costs.
  • Add the customer's information to internal and industry fraud prevention databases (including Stripe Radar).
  • Pursue legal action where appropriate.

Payment processing. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, Inc. Refer to Stripe's terms and policies for details on how payments are handled.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Customer Acknowledgment

By making a purchase or subscription on Twitterapi.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
